Our studio officially closed on Saturday August 26th. I'll be posting another video for practical details about the closure. We'll also be posting another send off message on our website and updates on poling resources and continuing lessons with instructors on this IG page when they become available.

Alert: You do NOT have to be strong to start pole. You get strong by coming to class!

Have you tried pole other places or online and thought, that's too hard? Not at Movin' Up! We have an intro class for your first 1-3 classes. It's meant for every body.

Too easy, try a higher level. You can always float between levels or come back down to a lower one.

Don't be intimidated! We got you. We are here for YOUR journey.

Restorative yoga is this Sunday.

This is a 90-minute workshop where you get to relax! We will be doing restorative yoga which is a style of yoga that encourages physical, mental, and emotional relaxation. Appropriate for all levels
