By commisioning us, you acknowledge the following:

You have done adequate research into the product we offer to have a reasonable expectation of the design and quality of your commission

You are aware that 40% of your commission cost is non-refundable and will be used toward materials and labor. After project is started 100% nonrefundable.

You are aware that we have cats, and understand the possibility of allergic reaction

You acknowledge that while we will do our best to accomodate for any upcoming conventions or events you plan to attend, we do not accept deadlines or due dates and will accept and work on commissions in the order they are received

We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel your commission with a 60% refund and keep any materials purchased if our Terms of Service are breached. No refund if project has been started
