Due to the increase in COVID-19 cases in the county and state, Chinook Winds Casino Resort is temporarily requiring guests and team members to wear masks in indoor spaces. This will start Wednesday, August 11 at 6am throughout the Resort. We will continue to monitor county and state health recommendations.

Jun 6th at 2:30 PM Shotgun Start

Join us for Chinook Winds Big Cup Tournament! Each team will be made up of four golfers playing in a scramble format. Each player will tee off, select the best shot, then repeat until the ball is holed. All shots must be taken from within one club length of the original selected ball location. Keep the same lie and no closer to the hole, ball in the rough stays in the rough, ball in the sand stays in the sand.. etc. The cups that will be used for the tournament will be 8” in diameter, double the size of a standard cup. There will be a surprise hole, known only to Chinook Winds Golf Resort staff. The team with the lowest score on that hole will receive $25 Pro-Shop Vouchers! In the event of a tie, the teams will go into a score card playoff to determine the winner. Each team will receive two carts.

Chinook Winds Casino Resort announces a new Flexible League for Spring and Summer play starting Sunday, May 2. The League is open to golfers of all skill levels with incentives to better your handicap and get out on the course with other players from the league. The format is simple and easy to understand and includes discounts and weekly prizes. Points are earned through the Stableford format according to the player’s handicap. The discount card is available for purchase now through May 20, 2021.

Participants in the flexible league will be scored off NET scores weekly. We are encouraging players to get at least 9 holes in with another member of the league by Friday each week. Scores will be updated on the league page every Saturday. The previous week’s prizes will be available Sunday morning. Players have the option to play multiple times a week to post their lowest score to the league page.

The cost is $75 and includes GHIN registry ($40 if you have your GHIN), discounted green fees, free medium range bucket daily, discount food purchases at Aces Sports Bar & Grill, one free junior green fee with a paid adult, additional booking window of up to 5 weeks in advance and weekly and season long prizes. Weekly prizes start May 2 and run through September. The season prize includes a trip for 4 to Las Vegas, valued at $2,500 ($1,500 cash option). League members simply need to play with any other pass holders for prize eligibility.

It’s a great day to get out here and play. The greens are sanded so they are a little slow, but that won’t slow the fun.

Call to reserve your tee time and try for the one putt, but no more than two today and have some fun in the sun.

Tee off on March 21st for a little friendly competition on the greens.

2:30pm Shotgun Start, 4 Person Teams, $40 Per Player

Each 4-person team will receive one green golf ball. Two scores are recorded for each hole; players rotate hitting and scoring the green ball while the other three players scramble for the second score. Final score will be total of both scores for the 18 holes. If the team loses the green ball, players will take double par on hole to add to the score. Example: Par 3 gets a 6, Par 4 gets an 8 & Par 5 gets a 10, etc. The green ball score will continue as double par from the hole until the final hole is played. Once the green ball is lost the 4th player will be allowed to scramble with the other 3 members of the team.

It’s back! Hit a hole in one, win $1000 or MORE!

Ace from the orange tees on #4 during your 18-hole round, and collect the progressive prize. The Progressive will start at $1,000. We’ll add $350 each week during the promotion period. Once we have a winner, we will restart the progressive the next day at $1,000.
