I’m an artist on the Oregon Coast, participating in local markets selling my handmade crafts.

I create all of my own patterns and designs, bringing them to life utilizing locally, sustainably and ethically sourced materials.

I don’t know how to take a panoramic photo on my new phone so I took a video instead 💜 it doesn’t do the view any justice, it’s breathtaking! I’m full of inspiration and wish my hands worked better so I could crochet or paint, but relaxing this trip has been fulfilling and healing for my body and soul 🥹

Can you tell what it’s supposed to be?

Whelp, either way.. here’s a thing I made for another donation to Out In LC! This time for their botanical drag bingo events grand prize on August 29th. How would you like to win this? I’m unsure if it is worthy of such a title 😭 it was so hard to make it realistic and took so long.. so many wires, my wrist cries 🫠

Behind the scenes at Canterbury! I wish I had taken more pictures and videos but I just live in the moment ✨

My lovely Jade of and the handsome Vann man came along, bringing their hugs and energy to fuel me enough to walk through the faire while Alan watched the booth! It was a lot of walking for me and definitely too much for my body not to react, but it was worth it!

Our camping neighbor Grocknar made his way to Canterbury by Uber and Alan drove him home after the faire! I didn’t catch his business name or socials but hope to find his stuff to share soon. Grocknar is a maker of Viking drinking horns and shields, with a beautiful soul and skilled in drumming 💜

I got to meet up with the lovely miss Lilly again, who I magically met through her sons love of my hats at last years faire 💜 lovelier than a fresh bloomed flower, Lilly of oranmormead joined in the merriment and we played Flip7 at the bar with Emeris and everyone! It sounds like I’ll be working on some custom hats for the both of them when my hand wants to work again 🥰

At the bar, we also met the lovely Robyn of the Royal Guard and then Sarah of rogueandregalia! Sarah’s beauty outshined her magically inviting rainbow hair with her aura of love and joy! We traded hats for masks and I bought a few things from her, I had to have a Korok mask for myself and miniature korok masks for myself and my Jade! Yahahaha! We’re going to crochet our little creatures and bring them to life together 🤩

We also met McKenna and Dustin of Hartwood, then all played Flip7 for a night of fun! McKenna of HartWood hartwood.art makes incredible ceramic pieces, one of which made it home with me for me morning tea as well as a small cauldron mug for my lovely Jade! Dustin and Alan shared their love for Brandon Sanderson and the Stormlight Archive as we all drank mead and sang our song of joy into the heavens!

Our last day, a man with a sunshiny smile came to my booth and lured me with a mention of herbal teas! Of course, I wandered to Ars Magica Herbals magica and met Robert and his wife, the most stunningly beautiful herb witch, Casey! Their love for each other and herbal craftsman tea blends warmed my heart and filled me with so much joy! I’m excited to drink the teas when I can move again!

Such magical humans I’ve met, experiences and friendships made this year that I will never forget! I hope to enjoy all of you lovelies and see your dazzling smiles again next year 💜

Canterbury was so much fun! We spent two days setting up and it really looked great! I met some incredible people this time as I wandered further through the faire the second weekend! I did get into a flare up both weekends but you know, it was worth it and I’ll recover.

I got to pet a great horned owl, hoo! Alan’s cloak got him many well deserved compliments as he walked around, getting our food, shopping and conversing. As for the canvas and moss, we had a little visitor in our booth during the night - a chipmunk! As our canopy is canvas, the little bu**er thought he could move in and I woke him up when we showed up to breakdown! Then my point of view looking up during breakdown while Alan did all the heavy duty work followed by what my face looked like looking up at it 🤣 I could barely raise my arms, my body is not happy but I sure am!

Thank you for all the memories and a fun experience! I love vending at Canterbury and am excited for next year!

Second year at Canterbury Renaissance Faire! I am one of the first booths you’ll see when you come in and one of the last when you leave! It’s so nice in the lower forest, I’m close to the bathrooms and don’t have to hobble far to get back to our campsite!

On the first day a few of the antler hats have already found new homes as well as a handful of plushie pals! I am ever grateful for this event and all the kind hearted folks that attend each year 💜

Hello lovelies! I haven’t posted in a while! If I can get my car to work, then I’ll be in Portland this Saturday and the following Saturday in Lincoln City for Pride! Woohoo!

So enjoy this update photo of me modeling my loves hat 🥰 I put off adding wire to Alan’s hat for so long, but I finally did it for his birthday, just in time for summer fun!

If you’re interested in an update of what I’ve been up to, here’s what’s shaking~

I’ve been working on making more dragons and hats for ren faire prep this July, as well as new packaging for my body product bars! It’s been taking a long time to finish things with my wrist still being a bit of a bother, but in three weeks I made two hats, about 20 plush dragons and 15 tiny dragons! Boy-o boy, the tiny dragons literally took me almost two weeks, I could only do 2-3 a day 🤣 they take so long. I wish I could have done this over winter but I could barely life a spoon!

Health wise I’ve been up and down, as some of my new meds don’t work while others work but give me very annoying side effects. Bright side, my heart is good! The cardiologist said I need one more test to confirm but my heart issues only lie with dysanomia.. dysautnomia.. dysanonomnia.. the POTS 😵‍💫 So, that’s reassuring since we knew that already. My zio patch results showed the same, along with a rare extra heart beat and a minor conduction pattern called "Wenckebach" but nothing concerning. Just my nervous system outta whack. Most days, I feel like I’m allergic to being alive, man!

Oh! Also, I’ve been having super vivid dreams, majorly crazy nightmares. Typically, I can recall most of the dream and have been writing them down. Let me know if you want to hear the chaos 🤣

I hope your days are filled with smiles and joy! Thank you for being yourself and remember to share peace and love 💜

Happy Mother’s Day! I’m so very grateful for my mom, especially on days that I can’t handle either mentally or physically, she has always been there for me. I hope all mothers can have a wonderful day and feel proud - wether a mother to humans or fur babies, you should know how much you’re loved and appreciated 💜

Here’s a tiny platypus I finished, just got the pattern down and after a few attempts it looks pretty darn good for being teeny tiny 🥹 Since my wrist is doing better I’ve been able to do a little crochet again and I’m so relieved! Still trying to find answers and treatments but I’ll do my best to remain positive that some day I’ll have better health despite my genetic predisposition 💜
