I’m so excited to be joining the Wellness & Artisan Event at Black Swamp Nature Center on Saturday, August 29!

Along with sharing a little about Sole Relaxology and the benefits of reflexology, I’ll be offering a limited number of mini reflexology sessions throughout the day!

🌿 15-Minute Ear Reflexology — $15
🌿 20-Minute Hand Reflexology — $20

If you’ve been curious about reflexology but have never experienced it, this is such a lovely opportunity to give it a try.

Appointments will be available on the half hour beginning at 10:30 AM, with the final appointment at 2:00 PM. That means I’ll have just 8 appointment times available for the day.

Sign-ups will take place at my Sole Relaxology table at the event, so come find me when you arrive and claim your time!

And even if you aren’t signing up for a session, please stop by and say hello. I’d love to see you.

The event runs from 10 AM–3 PM and brings together wellness, creativity, compassion, and community — all while supporting a local family facing unexpected hardship.

Come spend the day with us, discover some wonderful local wellness practitioners and artisans, and maybe sneak in a little relaxation while you’re there.

If someone had told me in high school that one day I would love reading and read every day, I would have told them they were crazy - but they would have been right. 🤷🏻‍♀️
My current read is The Correspondent by Virginia Evans.

Funny how some things never go away - I remember making things like this when I was a child.
