Chef Chris here.. while the bossman is away, I get to play. Tonight we are featuring a tasty Catfish Plate, grilled or blackened, served with sauted spinach with bacon, and fiesta corn. We also have our wonderful catfish or shrimp baskets served with fries or okra! Of course we also have our hand cut Ribeyes or Filets served with green beans with bacon and baked potatoe. We hope to see you all out tonight!! Congratulations to all the graduates near and a far!!!
