Family friendly, two-day celebration of great music, good food, friends and fun! Bring your lawn chair and relax in the sunshine on the banks of the Kootenai River with the summertime sounds of great rhythm and blues! Two big evenings of top talent representing a variety of blues styles.

B.B. King knew the blues is not just something you hear—it is something you feel.

That feeling carried through every note at this year’s Riverfront Blues Festival.

From raw, soul-deep vocals and intimate stories to fierce guitar solos, horns, harmonicas, and rhythms that moved through the whole pavilion, every artist brought a different voice to the stage. That is what we love about the blues: it makes room for joy, heartbreak, fire, memory, and connection—all in the same song.

Thank you to the artists who gave us their music, the volunteers and sponsors who made it possible, and every person who came ready to listen, dance, and feel it with us on the Kootenai.

The All-Star Jam is EVERYTHING! Watching all the amazing musicians from throughout the weekend come together, jamming out, having the time of their lives—this is what it's all about! Everyone's up dancing, getting their blues on, and creating memories that'll last all year!

This is the perfect way to end the 17th Annual Riverfront Blues Festival!

Too Slim and The Taildraggers are BRINGING THE FIRE to our stage RIGHT NOW! Decades of hard-edged blues, driving rock energy, and pure veteran command—this is what real blues-rock looks like, folks! Tim "Too Slim" Langford and the crew are getting this crowd UP and DANCING!

This is the kind of gritty, road-hardened swagger that only comes from a band that's been doing this for a long time. The guitar work, the songwriting, the MUSCLE—it's all here on the Kootenai River tonight!

🎸 Jay Snow & The Tone Keepers brought the ENERGY! This dynamic Montana-based band from Libby delivered vibrant, electrified blues with seasoned musicianship and a strong connection to the audience that made their set lively, welcoming, and absolutely built for the festival stage.

But Jay is so much more than a performer—he's one of our board members and a huge part of keeping the Riverfront Blues Festival going! Jay, we appreciate you, your incredible band, and the energy you bring to the stage every single year. You're the heartbeat of what we do! 💙

Today we’re sharing a moment that means a whole lot to us — our lovely longtime board member Jonet taking the stage to honor the original founders of the Riverfront Blues Festival, Peggy & Trent Oelberg.

Peggy and Trent didn’t just start an event… they built a tradition. When they came to Libby, they jumped in headfirst to help the community grow, and they poured that same heart into Riverfront — championing the festival everywhere they went, bringing in incredible talent, and welcoming musicians like family. Their legacy of music, hospitality, and community spirit is still woven into this weekend, and we’re proud to keep it going.

Thank you, Oelberg family, for lighting the spark. Here’s Jonet’s tribute.

🎸 What a BLAST jamming out to Atomic Jive Band! This Spokane-based band brought foot-stomping boogie blues, vintage R&B, and undeniably cool soul with a high-energy sound that had everyone moving!

Hand-clapping, hip-swaying, full of old-school rhythm—Atomic Jive is exactly the kind of band that gets people smiling, moving, and drifting closer to the stage. And the best part? They brought tambourines to get the kids interacting and playing along with their set. Pure fun! 🎵
