Copper Roux is a bourbon-inspired event venue in Lexington, KY, blending rustic-modern design, equestrian heritage, and refined Southern character for weddings and elevated gatherings. Copper Roux is equipped with full audio visual capabilities including projection, tvs, microphones a

nd house sound. Facility rental includes tables, chairs, linen, set up and clean up. Bayou Bluegrass Catering is the exclusive food and beverage provider for our venue known for our delicious food and outstanding service!
