A little piece of Lexington history found its way back home. ❤️
A huge thank you to Howard Douglass for reaching out and sharing this incredible piece of Lexington history with us.
This is an original 1947 stock certificate from The Lexington National Store for $1.00, issued to Irene Olds, who we believe was a longtime employee of The National.
Finding treasures like this is exactly why we chose to keep the name The National. It isn’t just the name of a building… it’s a way to honor the people, memories, and history that came before us.
As we restore this space, our hope is to preserve its legacy while creating new memories for generations to come.
