Dance & Theater Camp

Step into the spotlight and let your creativity shine at our Dance & Theater Camp. Campers may register for individual weeks, each with a different performing arts focus. Camps run from 9:00 AM–3:30 PM.

-Musical Theater: Sing, dance, and act while working together to bring a story to life on stage.

-Dance: Explore a variety of styles including ballet, jazz, and hip-hop while building technique, confidence, and expression.

-AcroDance: A blend of dance and introductory acrobatics focusing on strength, flexibility, balance, and safe movement.

In addition to daily performing arts activities, campers enjoy free swim, creative projects, games, and special events. This camp is welcoming to all experience levels, from first-time performers to seasoned dancers.

Our swim lessons follow the American Red Cross Learn-to-Swim Program and are tailored to each child’s ability, helping them progress at a comfortable pace. Swimmers build confidence in their swim skills while also learning to be water smart, knowing how to prevent and respond to water emergencies.

J.W. Hayden Trip Camp!

Swipe through to see what's coming up at J.W. Hayden Trip Camp this summer! From Fenway Park and Canobie Lake Park to the Aquarium, museums, farms, Tree Top Adventures, and so much more!

Our Trip Camp takes campers entering grades 6–8 off-site Monday through Thursday for a summer full of active adventures, amusement destinations, indoor experiences, and local explorations.

And Fridays? Those are all about fun right here at Hayden, special events, group activities!
