Voices Amplified empowers artists by generating brave and equitable spaces in arts education and theatre performance that amplify underrepresented voices and promotes inclusivity. Voices Amplified (formerly known as The Girl Project) is an arts activism initiative that generates places of story, cranking up the volume on under-represented and mis-represented voices in our communities. A community for female-identifying high school-aged students designed to build confidence and nurture positive relationships and social circles. The Girl Project deepens participants' understanding of media literacy, advocacy, and social change through performing arts education. The Girl Project: Next Generation
A peer mentoring program for middle school-aged female-identifying students designed to cultivate mentor-mentee relationships, educate participants about media literacy, and build self-confidence and positive school cultures through performing arts education. Voices Heard
A community event celebrating artists and activists by offering a platform to generate places of story. Over the past three years we have collaborated and performed alongside 100+ artists from all over Kentucky and beyond.

Here are a few reminders and answers to questions:
1. VIDEO SUBMISSIONS ARE ACCEPTED. (please inquire if you need to submit a video [email protected]. There are different requirements for
video submissions. ALL VIDEO SUBMISSIONS ARE DUE BY 8:00 PM ON AUGUST 28.
2. If you have questions in regards to conflicts leading up to tech and around Thanksgiving, please reach out.
