‼️EXTENDED DEADLINE‼️

Then & Now is a juried exhibit that focuses on the collaboration of two artists that are separated by a generation. The idea is to represent how a generational age gap has influenced both artists’ works. This exhibit will showcase the inspiration in works by artists that are related, teacher and student, mentor and mentee, friends, or any other type of connection. The art should reflect why both artists can work together, or their work has inspired one another and is shown in each other’s pieces.

🦋Join us for Monarchs, Milkweeds, and More Workshop!

🗓️Saturday June 20,
⏰10am-12pm

An outdoor family-oriented education and craft event promoting the conservation of Monarch butterflies and the importance of pollinators of all types. Craft and paint clay butterflies, make take-home pollinator houses, get your own milkweed starter kit and learn how to help protect Monarch butterflies.

In all the world, no butterflies migrate like the monarchs of North America. They travel much farther than all other tropical butterflies, up to three thousand miles. They are the only butterflies to make such a long, two-way migration every year. Amazingly, they fly in masses to the same winter roosts, often to the exact same trees. Individuals only make the round-trip once. It is their children’s grandchildren that return south the following fall.

Come join us in celebrating the Monarch and learn how to help preserve these incredible creatures.
