WOW! THANK YOU! We have reached our Kickstarter goal which means that PRHBTN is fully funded for 2026! We have a half dozen new murals coming your way along with an amazing gallery at the Lexington Art League on October 9th that you can't miss (PRHBTN XV - GALLERY OPENING)

The Call For Art closes in three days on Aug 31. You can find all the information and the submission form at the Lexington Art League website.

Episode 24 brings together Kentucky football, community storytelling, and Lexington street art.

Chris Adams of the Chris Adams Podcast joins us to preview the Kentucky Wildcats football team and break down the season outlook—what to watch, the biggest questions, and what could shape the year ahead.

Then join PRHBTN co-organizers and artists Alexandrea Pangburn and Geoff Murphy to take us inside the work behind the walls—from finding the artists and funding the paint to building a festival that brings large-scale public art to Lexington.

We’ll preview this year’s mural painting, happening October 9–18, and the October 9 gallery opening at the Loudoun House. The visiting mural lineup includes Kiptoe, Emily Ding, Kacy Jackson, and Smug One.

MURALS RETURN TO LEXINGTON in 2026 for the 15th Annual PRHBTN Street Art Festival.

ARTIST ANNOUNCEMENT! Rounding out the lineup for this year's show is a longtime PRHBTN artist Graham Allen.

Graham has been a PRHBTN exhibitor and participant since our first year all the way back in 2011. Originally from Indianapolis, Graham Allen has worked as a graphic designer, artist, and muralist in Kentucky for over 25 years.

His work combines weathered textures, collage, typography, and imagery inspired by ghost signs, urban art, pop culture, nostalgia, and early advertising. Using acrylic, wood, stencils, earth, markers, found references, and original characters, Allen creates layered compositions that explore contemporary social landscapes through humor, storytelling, and imagination.

ARTIST ANNOUNCEMENT! Please join us in welcoming Kentucky native and Lexington resident Wylie Caudill to this year's lineup!

Wylie Caudill's journey into the world of art is a testament to the power of passion, perseverance and the powerfully transformative influence of social media. Initially harnessing his budding creativity as a chalk artist on the campus of Eastern Kentucky University, Wylie's aim was to connect with people and establish a reputation for himself as he tried to find his place in this new phase of undergraduate life. Even with his vast imagination, he never envisioned this seemingly small and concentrated endeavor would ignite a deep love for large-scale artwork and pave the way for a successful career as a muralist.

Wylie Caudill, a native of Cynthiana and current resident of Lexington, has transformed the entire state into his canvas since being named the official artist for Churchill Downs and Woodford Reserve for the 150th Run for the Roses. His vibrant and dynamic paintings have become synonymous with the Kentucky Derby and Woodford Reserve.
