The 42nd Annual KYSHRM Conference is happening right now, August 25–27, 2026, at the Galt House Hotel in Louisville. It brings together hundreds of HR professionals, employers, vendors, attorneys, consultants, and other workplace professionals for workshops, keynote speakers, exhibits, and networking. Last year’s conference drew nearly 1,000 attendees, including more than 700 HR professionals.
