3 things you need to know before getting a tattoo!

1. HYDRATE your body. Be sure to hydrate in the days leading up to your appointment. Staying on top of hydration will help your skin retain ink and improve your healing.

2. EAT BEFORE your appointment. Always nourish your body before your tattoo session, no matter how small your tattoo is. Once your body begins to react to getting tattooed, your energy can drop. Being well fed will help you maintain your daily stamina during and after your session.

3. WASH YOUR BEDDING! it’s easy not to even think this matters but if you sleep with pets, it’s a must! Prepare ahead of time to ensure you have a clean and healthy healing experience.
