Wow! It has been an incredible 5 years! I am so grateful for this amazing journey! Thank you to all who have supported me and my business during this time! Life is full of rhythms, seasons, and changes. Some we enjoy, and some we don’t, but they grow us nonetheless! This season has been a joy!
When I started Doodles and Buds Illustrations, I had been praying about a way to help my family financially while still caring for a baby, toddler, and a first grader. The Lord opened this door and has blessed sooo abundantly! I am grateful to each of you that have supported me and my business! Many of you have been consistent customers for years now, and I am grateful that you have allowed me to be a part of your story! As with life, our story’s sometimes change, but change is often for the better.
As of today, and this post, I am not accepting any more custom orders indefinitely.
All orders that have been placed, are in progress and will be completed in a timely manner! I just will not be accepting future orders.
My family is at a stage where more time is needed. They are my first priority, and as kids grow and change, schedules change, I am making changes as well so that I have no regrets later in life! The Lord has opened new doors that have already been a tremendous blessing to my family, but as with keeping balance, there are constant adjustments, and this is one of them.
I am definitely not putting away my paint brushes… they are a part of me! I will just be painting differently! I have learned that when you step out in faith, and just do what you know is right, God blesses! I have so many things that I have wanted to paint, but just haven’t had time.
