Thank you for another great year of dancing! God has definitely blessed me with so many wonderful people through the studio - both dancers and their families! YOU are what makes Assemblé so special! 🩷

For recital, all students in all classes will wear a ballet bun. (Older students have discussed other possibilities for lyrical and jazz.)

Here is a tutorial for one way to create the perfect bun. There are different methods and products available, so I suggest practicing to see which way works best for your dancer's hair.

***For finale, students may wear their hair any way they'd like as long as it's pulled back off her face.

As promised in the email earlier today, here is more information and pictures about recital makeup.

All students should wear eye shadow, mascara, blush, and lipstick. Eye liner is optional, but is recommended.

For eye shadow, Rianna is wearing the three shades in the bottom of the palette pictured below. We definitely recommend using shades of brown/taupe.

For lipstick, we'd like students to wear pink.

If dancers would like to wear earrings, they may wear "diamond" or light colored studs. No other jewelry should be worn.
