Alright guys, I hate to do it, and I’ve put it off as long as I could... but the money just isn’t here for me to remain open at the present time. I have to figure out something major by Friday, and on the money side that’s never going to happen. So with that being said- I won’t be open this weekend, I had hoped I’d be able to, but I’ll need all the available time to get things moved before they start pushing me hard to get out. It’s my intention that it won’t be for very long, as I’ve found a more suitable location with a lot more affordable rent, I’m just not in a position to make that transition currently. I appreciate each and every one of you that visited even once, but can’t begin to express my gratitude for the friends I’ve made through this journey and the fun we’ve shared at my track and others. Thank you for being part of this with me.

Want to congratulate our winners and thank everyone for coming to race last night!! It was a great time as always, my favorite happening being brand new racer Tommy Underwood waking in and taking $154 in light money in his first appearance!! He and his dad both made their racing debut last night and both did extremely well for first time racers. As the rounds whittled down our initial car count of 173 cars, we found Alec and Jason taking the $20 each for best losing package round three and four. Then it was KG and Walter getting the bump at the 1/4s leaving Alec, Jeff, and Jonathan to battle it out for the top three spots. Jeff drew the bye to the finals so Jonathan had to push Alec out to the semi spot so it could be himself and Jeff in the Finals! Both were green, both were breaking out, JonBoy was just a little less breaking out for the win!! All in all it was a great evening of racing and comradery. Hope you all enjoyed it as much as I did!!

Just wanted to let everyone know that the drag strip is down for the night... roof didn’t keep the rain off of it. So I’m repairing the damage, and I’m going to repaint and rebraid the entire track for tomorrow. I’ll be here all evening if anyone wants to come hang out and observe or help.

Hey guys just wanted to make sure I covered all bases, I will be closed tonight and tomorrow to visit the Santa Showdown in Louisville! Most of you already knew from conversations throughout the past few weeks, just wanted to get a post out to let everyone know, thanks!! Will see you all next week!

Finally made it to the house for the night, both 64 car shootouts did make it to be a full entry, which was exciting in itself... For the first race we ran it was Peanut taking the win, Carl took a loss in the finals due to a breakdown, while TayTay and Jen Ammann filled out the semi spots.

The $10 Gamblers race showed Lil Ratt doing his thing, taking the win and runner up spots to the tune of a new RTR Vette and $440!!

After we finished the Gamblers races the crowd was still restless so I put up a $200 free race. Of which Peanut took full advantage and took the win and runner up spots taking the whole $200!

I had a blast tonight, I hope you all did too, look forward to seeing you all tomorrow. Let’s make sure this Turkey Classic is one to remember. Doors open at 10- Racing starts at 3!! If you’re not going to be there you’re missing out!!
