Pierre, the French bulldog (seen here waiting for his cocktail) loves hanging out at Herring Point in Cape Henlopen State Park, where he dons his tailor-made wet suit and joins the other salty dogs catching some waves with his Pyzel surfboard. On good days he manages to catch a tunnel wave - great practice for when he competes in the Canine Coastal Waves World Competition held on Kauai, Hawaii. When he’s not surfing he loves singing and listening to excellent live music. He is often seen at shows at The Listening Booth in Lewes and loves taking the microphone himself at the Wednesday night open mics - drop by and hear that dog howl!

He is currently trotting around the amazing Shore Marketplace checking out amazing products from their 40+ artisans!

So…. here’s Stevie Ray! 😲🤣🎶🎸

Stevie lives in the waters of Lewes Beach in Delaware. He is a great lover of music and on a calm day can be seen swinging and swaying to the music playing in his head. He really is the grooviest ray in the bay! Stevie is most known for his “pride and joy”. He indeed should be proud given how kind and generous he is with his friends, and he brings joy to the lives of many. When Stevie really gets a groove going it’s highly likely you may see an increase in wave activity on the shoreline!

Stevie is swimming through Shore Marketplace in Lewes DE if you’d like to say hi and join him in a duet!

Today (Friday 8/14) is the day! The rain is stopping, the sun is coming out…. head on over to this great Open Mic / Fundraiser at 6pm at Frostbites in Harrington DE! I will set up a canopy with some of my crochet critters from Shore Marketplace and you can see some are already on the bus heading over there!! 😂😂😂

Salty the seal is very popular at Primehook Beach in Delaware where he makes quite a splash with both locals and visitors. He loves it when somebody throws him a beach ball - his specialty is catching it on his nose, bouncing it a few times then flipping it right on back! Once he’s tired himself out, he finds a good sized piece of driftwood and suns himself for a while. Salty loves a good prank and often surprises passing dolphins by jumping in to play with him. He is well loved by land and sea dwellers alike.

He is currently flip-flopping around Shore Marketplace in Lewes DE.

As a pup, Frank the dachshund went from loving carers at Brandywine SPCA to a loving family in downtown in historic Lewes DE. After living with them for over a year he is now very familiar with the rest of the dogs in the ‘hood and especially likes catching up with them at the weekly Farmers Market, where vendors love giving them treats. He needs to be careful though - he is known for his long, slim waistline, and his stomach is getting dangerously close to the ground. The family enjoy going to Lewes Little League and when somebody hits a home run and the crowd roars, Frank can be heard howling along. At the end of the day it’s quiet time at home with mom and dad where they all enjoy watching The Secret Life of Pets together.

Frank is currently waddling around Shore Marketplace if you’d like to stop by and shake his paw!
