📣 A Personal Update from Pine Grove Trails~

Hey friends,
I wanted to share a quick but important update. With the nationwide EHV-1 outbreak impacting horses everywhere, we’ve made the hard decision to temporarily close Pine Grove Trails. Our animals’ safety comes first, always, and this feels like the most responsible choice right now.

Thank you all for understanding and for always supporting us. We’ll keep you updated and can’t wait to welcome you back once it’s safe.

We’re gearing up for the big TOTALITY here on the mountain, come get MOONED 🌚 with us! We still have plenty of primitive spots available, as well as day passes.

We are a family owned horse camp that has been in business for several years, not just for this big event. Call, text, or pm us to get your spot or day pass booked. 501-849-4828

Just a few of the things we have to offer:

*Miles of trails for horseback riding (must provide own horse)

For our guests arriving today and in the future, we’re happy to announce that we have gone back to our “old ways” and will now have ice and pine shavings on site for purchase. Now, if we could just get Momma to cook us breakfast things would be back to great again! ☺️

The seasonal depression ends Sunday, meaning more daylight in the saddle. I don’t know about you, but that sure makes me happier and I cannot wait to get saddled up!

*Sidenote, if you still have Dad’s cell number just know he turned 80 last week, cannot hear, has Alzheimer’s, does not text, deletes voicemails and texts before anyone can listen to or read them, and hangs up on all of us daily! 🙈😰🥰🤣 But, LOVES for people to come see and stay with him! ♥️

The weather was perfect for a day in the saddle and a little exploring yesterday. The creek was full and peaceful, some trees were confused by this spring-like weather and trying to bloom, and the ferns were thriving. The setting for a good time with friends. Y’all come ride with us, we are open.

We had the most perfect weather and friends yesterday for Leslie’s birthday ride. It’s not always about the miles logged…the memories, history lessons, lost trails, laughter and time in the saddle are so good for the soul. At least they are mine.
