Whalom Park

October is co-op month and as a consumer cooperative (Co-op) 20 member owners strong we'd like to thank those member owners who dedicate themselves and their pooled resources to preserve our beloved Whalom Park through our traveling museum and our .

We're not like any other organization. Our member owners have a say on how Whalom history is preserved. Whether running for our board of supervisors, voting on operations and or proposing ideas. We are a united effort equally participating in our mission in preservation.

Here is an original picnic table from one of Whalom Park's many picnic groves. It has been with the same family since the park closed. Originally the Parks picnic tables were painted red, the family decided to go with white currently pictured.

We want to thank the family for their donation. If you or someone you know has Whalom Park items and wondering what to do with them. Please feel free to reach out to the coop.
