Today we traveled up the mountain to support some amazing local growers and artisans at the Farmers Market in Boone! There's nothing like spending a beautiful morning, browsing such a delicious variety of fresh food and baked goods. 😍 So many of these amazing ingredients can be used in herbal medicine, the kitchen, and in the garden as pest control!

I can't wait to get back into my own garden and grow for our very own community! Time to get out my seed collection and start planning for this year's rainbow of nutritional healing! ❤️🌿🌱😋

Spent a few hours in the forest before the snow started to fall. We ended up bringing home over 3 lbs of foraged mushrooms to use in tinctures and recipes for the Apothecary and our home! We also ended up finding an amazing Doe Skull in fantastic condition! Over all, it was a pretty good little hike through the mountains. ❤️❄️🍄
