🥰Thanks again to all of our lovely singers that came out for our March one-day choir to sing "The Parting Glass" by the Wailin' Jennys. I really enjoyed this one and can't wait to see what else unfolds for 2025!

On that note, we won't have an April meetup due to some scheduling/timing issues, but we'll be back in full force for May! Check back later this week for the May listing and song announcement!

This month we tackled a three part harmony arrangement of The Parting Glass, as performed by The Wailin' Jennys!

⛈️ We’re keeping an eye on the weather, and it’s not cooperating. While the storm *should* be out of the Lemont area by our start time today, it’s a mess out there for the commute. If there are any folks who can’t make it for the weather, let us know when you get a chance and we’ll process a refund for your ticket. ⛈️

I plan to be there by 6:30 if any local folks or those not in the warned areas are able to make it once the storm passes, but please use your judgement on if you’ll join us tonight.

Well, January didn't go as planned, but I really think the universe was trying to tell us that this Elvis song was meant for February instead 😅. We'll dig into this short, but sweet classic at the Aurora Public Library, Illinois.

🚨 Important Update! 🚨
Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but we've had to cancel the January Jam for today. It seems the current rash of respiratory illness is getting to both our lovely singers and organizers, so we simply don't have enough folks to carry on the jam. We apologize for any inconvenience and hope you all can stay safe and healthy until next time!

P.S. Keep those song recommendations coming in! There is still time to get your favorite in for 2025!
