Get into the A Place To Be spirit starting this Monday, as we begin our week-long A Place To Be Spirit Week! Clients and families are invited to join our staff in themed spirit days leading up to Fall Fest on October 24th from 2:00pm-5:00pm.

This week's themes include:

Monday: Mismatched outfits
Tuesday: Fashion from your favorite decade
Wedneday: Dress as you favorite, movie, tv, book, or theater character
Thursday: Fall colors and fall themed outfits
Friday: APTB spirit! APTB gear, blues, whites, clouds, etc

We were honored this past weekend to have performed the National Anthem for the Down Syndrome Association of Northern Virginia (DSANV) Buddy Walk! Thank you to all who came out to this amazing event, and to Down Syndrome Association of Northern Virginia (DSANV) for their incredible service to our Northern Virginia community, and for presenting this amazing event for 22 years!

A Place To Be's popular Fall Fest returns this month on October 24th for APTB clients and their families! Join us from 2:00-5:00pm for a fun-filled afternoon of music, games, art, and friendship.

Enjoy a variety of seasonal activities and games designed for everyone to participate, connect, and have fun, including a supportive karaoke hour! Pizza, snacks & drinks provided. Costumes are welcome but not required. Visit us at our Leesburg location, and enjoy the fall fun!

A Place To Be's Little Melodies group brings inclusive musical activities to children ages 6 and under, as they sing, dance, and play alongside their caregivers, our trained A Place To Be staff, and other children.
