We’re excited to sling some ink at our friends in Leesburg on 6/13! Apparently y’all are chomping at the bit to see what we’ll be doing for flash. Here’s what is contributing (we’ll have Ashley’s up soon).

These will all be $60 each, $30 for each additional (as time provides). Designs are as is & repeatable. Locations will be restricted to “basic” parts of the body.

There’s numerous reasons I love living in Loudoun County, but last Friday added a whole ‘nother layer to it. Visit Loudoun who handles tourism and promotion for Loudoun County, sponsors a Certified Tourism Ambassador program locally where residents and businesses can earn the designation to help promote and build tourism within our county. Mosby has become an (unofficial) CTA by attending numerous networking events hosted by Visit Loudoun - he’s been to wineries, breweries, taken a tour of Middleburg, he’s been featured by other businesses in their social media and websites, and of course he’s the star of our floats for the Leesburg parades. So, when the Loudoun Tourism Awards came around of course I had to nominate him for CTA of the Year.

It brings me so much joy to see that Visit Loudoun embraced this and also went out of their way to make sure he could participate in the celebration. He received a letter addressed to him, with a personal note from Visit Loudoun President, Beth Erickson, inviting him and his human (aka me aka Eric). Upon arrival at the gala, Mosby received his own nametag with the nominee designation and was graciously greeted by so many people. After many belly rubs and numerous photo ops, the time came for his category. Unfortunately he didn’t win (congratulations to the winner though!!), but Mosby did get his very own special time on stage.

This experience highlights just how accepting the business community as well as Loudoun County and the residing towns have become towards welcoming our four legged friends. If you haven’t gotten to meet him, help us help you fix that.

About last night…

We were honored to be nominated for the New Business Award last part of the 2026 Leesburg Business Awards, and while we didn’t win it, we did in other ways.

Tattoos have become more accepted & mainstream, but it’s no secret how the tattoo industry typically is viewed by most people and the stereotypes those within it experience. To be seen and recognized by the town, and embraced by it and other businesses, allows us to bring accessibility to something that is both underrepresented and underengaged within the business community.

We’ve had the opportunity to share our perspective and personalities, shattering the stereotypical view of a tattoo artist, and show that we’re just normal people that get to do something really cool for a living. We got to see friends that have supported us all along, and introduce ourselves to new friends.

We look forward to continuing to grow and build the relationships within Leesburg. And as always, thank you to everyone that has supported us, this would never be possible without you.

Our next flash event is Saturday 4/11 starting at 10am. As part of Flower & Garden week we’ll be offering a selection of floral themed pieces. Eric and Ashley will be sharing their designs on their own pages, but once they’re up we will repost here. Also, anyone that gets tattooed on the 11th will be entered to win a $25 gift card to our friends at .

We’ll also have some other flower and garden specials available for the 13th-17th, which we’ll be sharing a bit later on.
