Another amazing Farmers Market evening!! 🤗 We were incredibly thankful to see and meet so many of you, and we got superb weather yet again - Hopefully I didn’t just jinx us! ☀️🍂
We have four Farmers Market dates left:
• Thursday, October 22nd (3pm-6pm)
• Thursday, October 29th POP UP (3pm-6pm)
• Thursday, November 5th (3pm-6pm)
• Thursday, November 19th (3pm-6pm)

The Farmers Market starts NOW!

🦮 Friendly, leashed dogs are allowed in all outdoor areas
💲 Most vendors accept various forms of payment, including cash, credit/debit, and Venmo
🪑 The Jumbo Chair has arrived, please grab a photo!!
🎃 Our mini pumpkin patch is filled up and ready for you to shop! Prices range and are as marked!
👕 Merch has been restocked - New designs, most adult sizes, a full display of youth sizes, and some baby onesies!
🥤 Our old-fashioned sodas JUST for replenished in the cooler case!
🚻 Restooms on site!
🚗 Plenty of parking - All vendors are within quick walking distance from the Farm Store

We will have another great group this evening, and the weather is looking beautiful! As you’ve likely seen, we have a new start and end time, due to the earlier autumn sunset 🌅

I want to share the extreme kindness that we received today, because the news stations share a lot of the bad, and we’re in the business of doing the opposite ❤️

I was working in the field for hours this morning- We’re prepping trees for the Christmas season, so that we’ll know exactly what we will have to offer for choose-and-cut this November. It was a little extra tiring in the strong winds and bright sun today, and although refreshing to not be so hot, I was tired and ready to get out of it.

I entered our driveway, and was greeted by a huge box, with a super clear label. Something I was DYING to have at the farm for this coming Halloween season, but had decided to put off for the year. I looked at the mailing address - written out to “Cool People”, at our address. I called Josh, and he had no clue how this came about either… we just knew we had mentioned it to a few people in random conversation.

I had a post ready to go, to try to discover our mystery gift giver, but we got to the bottom of it before we had expected. Now, we just want to share that things in life are so good all the time, as are the people you surround yourself with! 🌲❤️

All of this being said, our friends at Nyte Walk are absolutely some of the kindest you will ever meet, and we are so fortunate to call them our friends! Nate’s setup has taken hours upon hours to complete, and if you haven’t been, you should go spend an evening out in the colorfully lit woods of Lebanon. Nate, THANK YOU so incredibly much!!

We are so very grateful for such a thoughtful gift; One that we know will bring excitement to both young kiddos and adults this Halloween season, and one that definitely brought all the joy in the world to me when I saw it in the driveway! This really makes us feel like we are doing something right, and confirms yet again that we are exactly where we are meant to be!! If you see this big guy in the coming weeks, you’ll know it has an extra special story!💕

What fall-tastic happenings do we have for you on the farm this week?? Well, I’m glad you asked! 😊🍂

🥕 The Farmers Market: Thursday, October 8th from 3pm-6pm (NEW TIME)!! We will have a dozen vendors to shop, bringing everything from farm-raised chicken, veggies, and hot sauce, to body products, honey, sewn items, and baked goods!
DON’T FORGET - Our gorgeous array of pumpkins will become available this day, too!

🐓 Narrow Gate Homestead will be hosting their 3rd Annual Meet & Greet from 12pm-3pm, right here at the farm! Becker’s Barbecue is in charge of the food, so be sure to come grab a delicious chicken sandwich (free while supplies last!), learn about poultry and farm life at NGH, and congratulate them on another year of great success! Maybe even pre-order your Thanksgiving turkey with them! The Farm Store will be OPEN, the yard games will be out, and we cannot wait to have you!

Getting ready to bring our big friend down to the Farm Store for all of your festive fall pics, and we are so excited to see how it all comes out!

An even more exciting part - My paintbrush isn’t dry yet this year… We still have at least two more pieces that will make their way to the farm before the season is over. Any guesses?!

There was another VERY special event here over the weekend, and rumor has it, there are some professional photos coming! For now, check out a sneak peek of this precious Little Bear themed birthday party, held for a cutie pie four-year-old!

We love getting this place set up for parties, and actually have a few more weekdays (including Fridays) available if you wanted to host your own get-together or celebration here on the farm!!

Effortless Events by CMK did an absolutely stunning job with this setup, and she’s ready to come back if you have a theme but need help executing the decor and backdrops! 😄

Bright and early this morning, Pine State Sips LLC made their debut, after SO MUCH hard work, right here in the Fallen Oak Farms parking lot. They served their friends and family - Everyone that really helped them get to this point, and it was so heartwarming and awesome to witness. 💗🌲

There’s something about being here for other new business owners that really gives meaning to the entire farm. Often times in our minds, we do just simply exist here, and the goal is to have people REALLY want to visit! Hearing that we help others accomplish their dreams or overcome the fears of taking those first steps - well that’s just unreal. Truly, a constant reminder of why it is important for us to take another leap every single day!

Now, I know what you’re think - When the heck can we start grabbing coffee (and other yummy beverages like THE FALLEN OAK) at the farm!?
I’m going to tell you right here:

•The Harvest Fest Makers Market: Saturday, October 24th from 10am-3pm

• The Great Quack O’ Lantern Hunt: Saturday, October 31st (Halloween!) from 10am-2pm

• Tuckaway Trees at Fallen Oak Farms: Saturday, November 28th and Sunday, November 29th (time TBD)
