We love furry friends, but please leave them at home! 🐾 With the heat and lots of asphalt, it’s just not safe or comfortable for pets. Thanks for helping us keep everyone safe & happy at Applefest! 🍎❤️

☀️🌡️ It’s going to be a hot one today! 🌡️☀️

We want all of our Applefest visitors and vendors to stay safe and enjoy the fun, so don’t forget to stay hydrated throughout the day. 💧 Bring a refillable water bottle, take breaks in the shade, and keep yourself cool while exploring all the amazing vendors, food, and entertainment!

Let’s make it a fun AND safe Applefest for everyone. 🍎🎉

Important reminders for those visiting the festival.
1) Please be patient. With the large crowds, it does take time to get on and off the fairgrounds. Our parking staff and Police officers directing traffic will get people in and out as quickly as possible.
2)We are working closely with the City of Lebanon to make traffic flow as smoothly as possible on Broadway through the construction. See the separate posts for the traffic pattern. Please be courteous to others and follow the directions of the deputies and the parking crew so we can get everyone on and off the grounds smoothly and as quickly as possible.
3) Admission is $2 per person, ages 13 and up. It is cash only, and we cannot accept any bills larger than $20. We will have 2 lines at each gate. One line will be an express line for those with exact change, and the other will be for those who need change. These lines will be clearly marked.
4) Absolutely no pets are allowed. Service animals are always welcome.
5)No weapons and fi****ms are permitted on the grounds per Warren County Fairgrounds and Applefest policies.
6) Parking lots will open at 9am. Gates to the festival area open at 10am. Please do not attempt to enter the festival area until Country Applefest staff open the gates. This is for your safety while we make certain all vehicles are out, and our vendors are ready.

We are aware that traffic is backed up trying to exit the festival. Our parking staff and the deputies are working as fast as they can to get people out of the grounds. Please be patient with them as the construction on Broadway is causing delays beyond our control.

🐾 Friendly Reminder 🐾

As much as we love our four-legged friends, dogs are not permitted on the festival grounds. We know it’s tempting to bring them along, but please remember that the majority of the fairgrounds is asphalt — and on a hot day like today, those surfaces can get extremely uncomfortable and even dangerous for paws.

We want all of our visitors (and their pets at home!) to stay safe, comfortable, and happy. Thank you for helping us keep Applefest enjoyable for everyone! ❤️🍎
