Spirit Mountain Worst Casino Ever Like If You Agree

Dang this casino has changed since I first made this page a couple years ago. The employees are great and even when I am broke I feel like I am walking out a winner. I would like to say thanks spirit mountain. I don't know if the fact that this page was created had anything to do with it but I would love to think so.
Hats off to everyone involved with making the spirit mountain world go round and making it feel like it revolves around me when I am there.

This page was previously created because the business Spirit mountain casino was in fact one of the most atrocious monsters in dealing with customer service however in my recent past I have visited this place and there personality the way they deal with customers and the way they deal with people with complaints has changed 100% I would like to let everybody know that this page will be getting erased or pulled down or turns into a positive comment section for this business

Well I would like to give this page all the credit but I really think there has been a change in the attitude of the employees there in Grand Ronde. I have been visiting the casino for a couple weeks now and the staff are friendly and on my first visit since the creation of this page I was offered a drink by a server and have had a dealer call for a server on numerous occasions and I actually got the drink before I ran out of chips (and I don't stack them high). So yep the folks out at spirit mountain get a thank you for respecting the customer and making us feel like we are number one.

Its too bad all the casinos are shut down. I would have loved to not go to spirit mountain opting for another casino has anyone else had a bad enough experience to make them not go to spirit mountain

Like and follow folks word of mouth is the only tool to use with bad buisness they have soooo much more money to advertise than we do so lime share and follow tgis page post about buisnesses that. Need some bad publicity to get people to know. Have you ever tried to make a better buisness bureau complaint? Pain in The neck. Lets use the power and scope of f.b. to see if we can get bad buisness to realize that the customer is still always right

Man chinook winds is a much farther drive than but so nice we rented a room and chilled an extra day. Thank you spirit mountain for being so crappy
