I've had some people wanting a closer look at my studio/craft room. This is it all staged and soon to be emptied for someone else... It has been my favorite craft room I've ever had. I made things on my dining table for so many years, had a makeshift table set up in random rooms and a room made in the garage in a house we had in Redmond. This one has had some extra features that are now packed away and lots of supplies are in storage now. On to a new chapter in life and God willing, an equally loved studio in my future.

I couldn't resist painting a couple more versions of the Bold Blooms Online Paint Party class since the teacher did a watercolor version too. The first one I did wasn't turning out how I wanted so I came back to it, after painting a smaller version on glittered watercolor paper. I was glad I hadn't gave up & trashed it! Taking a class was fun & learned new techniques. The 1st one is my fixed boo boo one! Lol!

Wiggle Room at church is complete! After pinterest pics from Katie on some room ideas, I went to work. First, one huge old window from my garage, 2 sets of old shutters from my studio...all cleaned & painted, wreath made, & painted the beads on the macrame wall hanging to match. Sketches of flowers I then watercolored & framed, and last...drew mountain scenes & painted my first landscapes ever. I won't lie...they weren't easy & I struggled because watercolor is not a forgiving medium! But they are complete. My dear hubby, Tom, hung everything up for us. Rachel & Katie did awesome work getting it beautiful before I added the final touches. I pray that those who enter are blessed.

I finally got this done. It has been waiting for me to do for about 2 months! I wanted a cute sign from Hobby Lobby & Tom asked if I needed it. Well, not really??!! So I bought the wood truck on sale for under $3, used a canvas & supplies I had and viola!! It isn't as pretty as HL, but I did use ideas from it for my design....plus mine is 3-D! Front porch spring sign up! On to the next project!!

Now that the Mother's Room is complete at church, I will share the watercolor paintings that I did, along with the wood arrows Tom made & I painted to match. Two young women from church were redoing the room that is adjacent to our worship center for new Mom's to nurse/feed their babies in & still enjoy service. I was asked to help with decorating. They worked so hard bringing it to the cheery room it is today!! I am still new at watercolor painting, but enjoyed creating these to add the finishing touches to an already beautiful space!

We had a craft night at church making rag wreaths. This is my finished one with the addition of a sign I made from a Dollar Store sign I took apart and also a wooden cross with a handmade felt rose. The rose is hot pink, but looks red. It was great evening of crafting, laughter, and fellowship!

Sitting at home, now sick for a week and bored, so I thought I'd post the ornaments I made for our grandkidlets and a few others for Christmas. These are snowmen I did with watercolor paints & inking on watercolor paper, fussy cut, and added to metal rectangles that I sealed & painted with acrylic paint. Then I added stars after gluing on the snowmen. I really enjoyed making these!
