History will be made tomorrow.
On June 13 at 10:00 AM, New England School of the Arts will celebrate its first graduating class at AVA Gallery & Art Center. This milestone represents more than a graduation—it marks the beginning of a legacy.

Lena will be attending Bennington College and Aristotle Binghamton University!

As NESA's inaugural graduates, Lena Maki and Aristotle Williamson have helped shape the culture, community, and creative spirit of our school. Through their dedication, talent, and commitment, they have played an important role in making this graduation celebration and the collaborative community that supports it possible.

We are honored to celebrate this historic moment alongside our graduates, families, faculty, staff, and community partners. Thank you to AVA Gallery & Art Center and everyone whose support has helped bring this vision to life.

Congratulations to our first graduating class. You will always be the pioneers who helped write the opening chapter of the NESA story. 🎓✨

“The arts are not a luxury. They are a lifeline.”

Today for NH Gives, NESA Board Secretary Steve Solberg shares why supporting young artists matters — not only for their training, but for their confidence, belonging, and future.

Your gift helps New England School of the Arts continue building a place where students can grow through music, theater, dance, visual art, creativity, discipline, and community.

NH Gives is only 24 hours, and every gift truly helps. If you believe in keeping the arts alive and accessible for young people in the Upper Valley, please consider making a donation today.

Creativity extends far beyond the classroom. 🎨✨https://www.nhgives.org/organization/nesa-nhg

Through our integrated arts curriculum, students connect learning across subjects while exploring the world around them. Community excursions, like this visit to the Hood Museum of Art, provide opportunities to engage with art firsthand, spark curiosity, and deepen understanding through observation, discussion, and creative expression.

Experiences like these help students build critical thinking skills, make meaningful connections, and see themselves as active participants in their community.
This NH Gives, your support helps make enriching learning experiences possible—both inside and outside the classroom. 💙
