There’s a lot hiding along the trail.

A lantern glowing between the trees. A giant mushroom tucked away where you wouldn’t expect it. Strange little details you might walk right past if you’re not looking.

Then the trail changes again.

One section feels like a forest from another world. A few minutes later, you’re surrounded by lights, color and things that definitely weren’t there the last time you looked.

That’s part of the fun of Nyte Walk. You never really know what’s around the next turn.

And with this weekend shaping up to be cool, crisp and perfect for a night outside, it might be a good time to come see what you can find.

Deep in the woods of Lebanon, Maine, there are glowing little surprises tucked around almost every corner.

One thing you’ll find a LOT of? Lanterns. 🏮

There are old rustic lanterns, recycled lanterns, jack-o’-lanterns, box lanterns, and all kinds of others scattered throughout the forest. Some are big and bright, while others are tucked away and easy to miss.

And then there are the mushrooms. 🍄

Some are made from foam. Others are built from wicker, concrete, and recycled materials. You’ll find tiny ones, giant ones, colorful ones, and plenty hiding in unexpected spots.

Once you start looking for them, you’ll realize just how many lanterns and mushrooms are glowing throughout the forest.

Most people around here still have no idea what’s hiding just beyond the trees. 🌙

Once the sun goes down, the trail comes alive with glowing forests, giant mushrooms, music, color, and little details you’ll probably miss if you’re not paying attention.

It’s fantasy, it’s whimsical, and it feels like stepping into a completely different world. You’ll find non-spooky Halloween themes, Christmas themes, and a bunch of unexpected things along the way.

It’s one of those places you have to see in person to really get it.

Bringing this one back because it’s spooky season 😂

This might be one of the funniest areas on the trail. 😂

We wanted to create a Halloween graveyard that felt more whimsical than spooky, so instead of creepy tombstones, we filled it with ridiculous little puns that you can’t help but stop and read.

And honestly… people LOVE it.

You’ll see families walking through, stopping at every single tombstone, reading them out loud, laughing, and then immediately looking for the next one.

It’s one of those areas where the longer you spend in it, the more you find.

A little Halloween humor, a little imagination, and a whole lot of terrible puns. 😂

Okay, listen. Imagine this.

It’s Friday night, about 7 o’clock. 58 degrees. Perfect hoodie weather. There’s a slight breeze, and you can feel fall in the air.

You head into the woods with your favorite people, not really knowing what’s around the next corner.

Then you start seeing it.

Little Hobbit houses tucked into the trees. Glowing mushrooms. Lights everywhere. Hidden creatures. Music playing through the forest. Things you probably wouldn’t notice if you weren’t actually looking for them.

And somehow, every turn has something different.

It’s not a haunted house. It’s not a scary trail. It’s just a really cool night out in the woods that feels completely different once the sun goes down.

Bring the kids. Bring your person. Bring your friends.

Grab a hoodie, come take a walk, and see what you find. 🌙✨
