⚠️ Due to flooding, the trails and primitive camping sites at Berry Springs Park & Preserve near Berry Creek are closed.

The park remains open, but please avoid closed trails and do not go around barricades. Updates will be provided when the trails and camping sites are reopened.

🎉 The Quarry Splash Pad officially opens for the 2026 season today, Saturday, May 23!

Located at Southwest Williamson County Regional Park, 3005 CR 175 in Leander, the splash pad is a two-acre hangout with water cannons, waterfalls, water jets and a nearby sand play area.

Join us during the 2026 season through Monday, Sept. 7, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. The splash pad is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays with the exception of Memorial Day and Labor Day. The Quarry Splash Pad is a cashless facility. Admission is only $2 per person. Payments will only be accepted electronically using cards (excluding American Express) or pay apps such as Google Pay.

☀️🌡️ The Texas heat is rising and the Quarry Splash Pad💧at Southwest Williamson County Regional Park is getting ready to provide much-needed relief.

💦 The 2026 splash pad season begins Saturday, May 23, and ends on Monday Sept. 7. Visit us Wednesdays through Sundays at 3005 CR 175 in Leander from 10 a.m. until 6 p.m. during the 2026 season. The splash pad is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays except for Memorial Day and Labor Day.

💲 Daily admission for the splash pad is only $2 per person. The splash pad is a cashless facility, and payments will only be accepted electronically using cards (excluding American Express) or pay apps such as Google Pay.

🎣Get ready for our annual Learn to Fish event at Southwest Williamson County Park!

This free, family-friendly event welcomes kids of all ages to learn fishing tips and techniques from 8 a.m to noon on Saturday, April 11, at 3005 CR 175 in Leander. Local experts will guide young anglers on techniques including learning how to cast and tie knots and how to be a good angler. No pre-registration is necessary. All participants are asked to stop at the registration table upon arrival at the park to pick up materials needed for the stations.
