About the photo we chose for our page ID. It's a sterling silver pendant accented with 14kt yellow gold and 14kt copper gold by the Gaucho/Cowboy artist~jeweler Javier Ribeyrol of Argentina. Although he may not yet be 30 years of age his adherence to "old-world' methods in the creation of his jewelry arts leads to some of the most amazing "dimmensional" jewelry you'll ever see. Taught and inspired by several old-world Argentinian silversmiths/jewelers now in thier 80's and 90's Javier follows the methods employed by them and countless other silversmiths/jewelers before them. Javier believes in perfection for his works and knows the methods honed from centuries of silversmithing/jewelry making cannot be improved on... only the designs. He adds a sense on depth and sculpture to all his works that delight the senses. His jewelry creations are heavy, finely crafted, old-style and always one-of-a-kind.
