I sit here to reflect on the weekend we just had, and the only word I can hear in my head is “Wow”. The 29th Running of the Discover Farmington Missouri Queens Royal Presented by X-Pert Powder Coat & Fabrication was a success. It could not have been possible without a bunch of people that I would like to thank.
First of all, the drivers. 49 sprint cars, 28 Outlaw Micros, and 15 Restricted Micros. You all showed up and put on an amazing show. Thank you! We truly appreciate every one of you!
Next, the fans! You all filled the stands more than I could have ever imagined. You all are the reason we do this, and thank you for showing up to support it.
My team! Thank you for standing behind me, and helping make this weekend a success. You all stayed positive and driven, which helped me stay focused on the overall goal.
The track crew! Yes, members of the team, but also they are the ones working the track throughout the week, and they gave us a track Saturday that allowed the drivers to put on a show for the fans! Thank you!
The behind the scenes crew. These are the people that have helped us in certain ways, but are not necessarily a part of the Saturday crew.
