How is Annika Terpstra celebrating after graduating with a Masters in Studio Art? The Pella, Iowa-based artist is exhibiting her painting in an aptly named show called "After School." See Terpstra's work, now on display, at the Le Mars Arts Center, 200 Central Ave. SE, Le Mars.

Another week of unbeWEAVEably creative campers! This giggly group explored many ways of using fabric, yarn, string, looms, and even made a snack on a string!

We still have a couple openings in our last camp of the year: "Uniquely Creative" on July 28-30. Come create with us!

Just a friendly reminder that the Le Mars Arts Center is open every Saturday 9am-1pm.

Stop in, cool off, view the exhibits, shop the gift shop, and create in our studio! See you tomorrow!

Camp #2 is officially a wrap! We made our own paper, painted with recycled materials, sculpted with wood scraps, and formed animals out of clay and egg cartons! Thanks to another great bunch of creative kids for sharing your time and talents with us!

Instructor Annie Laursen is already prepping for next week’s “UnbeWEAVEably Creative” camp. There are still a couple openings if your creative kid wants to explore fiber arts with us! (Link in comments)

Sorry for the inconvenience! The Creative Studio downstairs will be closed Tues, Wed, & Thur (June 30-July 2) for this week’s Art Camp. You are still welcome to come enjoy the exhibits upstairs, shop the gift shop, and tour our beautiful historic building!

The Le Mars Arts Center will be closed Friday July 3th & Saturday July 4th for the holiday. Thank you for understanding, and have a great Independence Day!
