❤️ This one is especially close to my heart. ❤️

I'm so excited to share that one of my hand-signed art pieces will be featured in the LIVE AUCTION at the American Heart Association's Go Red for Women event on October 21st at the Waterfront Convention Center in Bettendorf! ❤️🎨

Over the past several years (and again most recently), I've experienced some pretty scary challenges with my own heart health. Multiple doctor visits, unexpected trips to the ER, and learning to navigate something I honestly never thought I'd have to worry about.

It's been an eye-opening experience, to say the least.

Did you know that cardiovascular disease is the No. 1 killer of women? I knew heart health was important, but I never imagined how quickly it could become such a personal concern.

That's why being able to contribute my artwork to an event dedicated to women's heart health means so much to me.

❤️ Ladies, please listen to your bodies. Know your numbers. Advocate for yourselves. And don't ignore the warning signs.

I'm incredibly honored to be a small part of an event that raises awareness, supports lifesaving research, and brings our community together for such an important cause.

Here's to stronger hearts, healthier women, and making a difference, one heartbeat at a time! ❤️
