Next up in our Staff Spotlights is Julia! With us since this past June, Julia dove right into her role as Circulation Clerk during our busiest time of the year with patience and enthusiasm! Julia's detail-oriented mindset is why the books on the shelves are processed and shelved with such precision. Stop by and say hello, and ask her about her latest role in local theater or favorite coffee shops!

Our next Staff Spotlight is someone you certainly know and love: Joel! Better known to PV students as Mr. Haack, Joel joined us 5 years ago after 41 years in school libraries, 36 of which were in PV elementaries (where he still goes to read to classes for fun!). Joel works here as a Circulation Clerk, so he's probably made your library card, checked books out to you, and shelved something that you returned. He also does monthly storytimes of old and new favorite stories. His favorite library programs are our visits from the therapy dogs (especially the basset hounds) and Elf Academy in December. Stop by and say hi, he can probably greet you by name when you walk in!
