Calling all creative organizations, nonprofits, advocacy groups, chambers of commerce, guilds, and community networks across Georgia and beyond — we need your voice. Urban Mediamakers has launched the Georgia Film Equity Movement to demand transparency in how Georgia’s multi-billion-dollar Film & TV Tax Credit is distributed. We’re asking organizations that care about fairness, accountability, and economic opportunity to stand with us by signing and sharing our statewide petition. Add your organization’s name to the movement, support public reporting of who receives tax credits, and help ensure that Georgia-owned, Black-owned, minority-owned, women-owned, and veteran-owned production companies are fully seen and supported.
