🧸🍑🦪 "A Cord of Three Strands is Not Easily Broken"

I added this painting to the most recent .gailgirls "How I See Her" Exhibition and it's about how through connection and community, we as women, friends, and artists are stronger together. We need community so baddd right now, the world feels indescribably dark. Hence why the girls and I are hosting and curating a How I See Her exhibition during our Gail-entine's event in our own home. There is power and magic in art-making and community (I believe that🤞🏽)

Wrapped up this storm drain mural for the City of Lawrenceville this past week! 🌧️🎨
Public art with a purpose :’) reminding folks that what goes down the drain ends up in our waterways. Grateful to be part of a project that’s both creative and meaningful for the community! Combining art and my love for environmentalism is everything to me! Plus I love the chance to paint some little deers hehe 🦌

“Death and Decay Never Go Away”
Mixed Media: raw canvas, scrap fabric, oil pastel, acrylic paint, gesso, bark, antler (the painted cloth on the bottom right corner is actually a makeup wipe haha)

I made this painting this week for the “Haunting and Harvest” Exhibition at the new ! .gailgirls have had 4 artist talks/openings this week and we are really feeling the love and light of a full time-artist life 🥹♥️

(The sweet doe gets shot first) so it’s “Time to Start Being Mean” From tonight’s Member’s Exhibition at the in Gainesville!

I finally got to show one of my newer and more experimental mixed media artworks called “Time to Start Being Mean!” Featuring foam, sea shells, dried paint peels, beads, raw canvas, acrylic paint!

It’s so special to be a part of my community and doing it with .gailgirls makes it even more magical✨

I have seriously neglected my art website this year so I want that to change! (I’ve been too busy running )

So because of this - I will be creating online drops 1X per month August through December 2025! So if you can’t visit me at any of my markets, you can still rep my current jewels 🦪 AND you get first dibs on any new stuff I’m making (like those huge clam hoop necklaces)! Sometimes the drops will feature earrings or necklaces, hair clips or bracelets, or maybe all of it! But either way there will be new stuff on my website AT LEAST once a month!

***You can always use the code “ATLLOCAL” at checkout and pick up at one of my markets or we can meet up for free instead of paying for shipping if you’re local to Atlanta/Athens📦
