It's time this is addressed officially by us as a new policy in our Rules and Guidelines. I'm not a lawyer, so forgive the wording. I think that the message is clear.

"Rule #21: Regarding AI generated artwork: It is the position of FANCON CENTRAL that artwork generated by AI cannot be sold at any FANCON CENTRAL show. Until the US Congress passes legislation around this topic, FANCON CENTRAL shall err on the side of caution and not allow AI generated artwork to be sold at any of our shows. Doing so may result in either removal of the artwork and/or the seller from the show."
