Hi! This Monday March 4th at 6pm we’re having our first Jawhawk Performance Lab Showcase in room 354! We’ll be featuring performances by your fellow Jayhawks ranging from a staged reading or monologue, to a dance number or musical sequence and everything in between!

Hi all! Hope you’re finding time to stay warm with all this snow. The Jayhawk Performance Lab offers the unique opportunity to showcase student driven work. This can range from a staged reading or scene, a monologue, a musical, or dance number, and everything in between!
We currently are having showcases for March 4th, April 8th, and May 6th.
If you’d like to become involved in this student run initiative you can email us @gmail.com and we’ll respond promptly to any questions or concerns you may have.

Welcome, all! We are so excited to be starting this! Here's our mission statement:

Jayhawk Performance Lab is a student-run performance organization that promotes creative and artistic expression and collaboration across the KU student body. In affiliation with the Department of Theatre and Dance, the Lab provides support for students to bring performances of all kinds to diverse audiences. Jayhawk Performance Lab provides a safe and imaginatively unlimited environment in which all students, regardless of age, identity, or ability, can tap into their impulse to play, collaborate, and experiment, with the aim of creating powerful, innovative, and compelling performances.
