I Need A Moment of Solitude: Parents Exploring and Cultivating Wellness is an arts and wellness project that provides an opportunity for parents to enjoy alone time creating art and engaging in various self-care activities while their children (ages 5-11) spend time in a supervised art studio.

FREE ARTS AND WELLNESS PROGRAM for Parents with Children ages 5-11!!!

Our first session is on March 8, 2025, a little over a month away!!! Parents enjoy two hours of alone time and engage in a free flow art activity followed by Restorative Yoga with Misha Reed, while their children spend time in an "art studio" having fun making art🎨🖼️!!

FREE Registration opens in 4 DAYS on FEBRUARY 9TH!!! There are ONLY 10 SPOTS available for families per session, so register early! 🙂
