Thought I'd post my submission to the Earthborn Holistic Natural Food For Pets video contest to my wall so all of my friends could enjoy it. It's short, sweet, and kind of fun. Making this video was my first real attempt at using our GoPro and editing videos....
I adopted Harley Sue from a rescue group when she was 7 weeks old. Her mom had been left tied to a tree at the animal control officers house. Harley Sue was one of 11 puppies. Shortly after adopting her I realized how much she loved people, so I began training her to become a therapeutic support service dog in my special education classroom. When she was one year old she became certified in the state of Kansas by CARES, Inc. as a professional therapy dog. Harley Sue goes to school with me every day. My students love it when we finish our classwork early enough that they can go outside and play frisbee with Harley. My students also preform with Harley Sue at our local elementary schools in a special frisbee show. I'm posting a youtube link for our submission to the SPEAK video contest. Unfortunately, I found out about this contest to late to incorporate video of my students. However, my students were instrumental in helping me teach Harley Sue how to do the back stall that is shown in the video. Thank you Earthborn!
