Waxman Candles Designing and producing unique quality candles since 1970. 55 years and two generations! Stop in to see why we're the "Coolest Candle Shop on Earth."

Waxman Candles believes that a candle should be more than just a source of light; it should be an immersive experience rooted in handmade quality and artistic expression. Unlike mass-produced pillars, these candles are crafted using higher-quality waxes and unique scent blends that ensure a cleaner, more intentional burn. The artisanal nature of the process is reflected in the packaging, where signature scents are housed in hand-thrown ceramic jars and custom votive holders designed specifically to complement the aesthetic of each piece. Beyond the finished products, the shop invites the community to go behind the scenes through interactive classes. These sessions offer a unique opportunity to learn about the chemistry behind the burn, from mastering the perfect scent throw to understanding the technical details of wick sizing. Whether you are a curious beginner or a fragrance enthusiast, these classes provide a hands-on look at the dedicated craftsmanship that goes into every vessel created. The Waxman Candles gift shop serves as a local goldmine for those seeking thoughtful, high-quality treasures. It features curated gift sets that pair premium candles with unique accessories, as well as bespoke customization options that allow you to pick a specific vessel and scent for a truly personalized gift. By featuring the work of neighborhood artists alongside their own collections, the shop ensures that every visit highlights the best of local flair and artisanal talent.
