Theatre Lawrence Our Community's Theatre After many years being located in a former church, our little Theatre has moved to a brand new facility in the West part of Lawrence.

Our new building now matches our big talent and we are filled with big news all year long. Theatre Lawrence is primarily a volunteer organization with a small professional staff. Each year over 400 individuals contribute some 26,000 documented hours of service onstage, backstage, and in committee work. Theatre Lawrence is a 501(c)(3) organization.

"The Addams Family" is a wildly fun, heartwarming musical that proves every family is a little bit crazy. Wednesday Addams has grown up and fallen in love with a charming young man from a “normal” family—something that sends shockwaves through the Addams household. As secrets are kept, hilarity ensues, and unforgettable songs bring this quirky, lovable family together in a night of laughter and love.
