“Everything Finds the Light” I was cleaning out my garden today with my granddaughter. Pretty much months worth of weeds, reeds and neglect lol. It was thick and wild to say the least, but even in the thickest parts, little blooms were coming underneath, all growing towards the light. A great reminder that even in the thick of life, there is light, life, and joy. 20”x24” oil painting on canvas. I’m loving these florals I’ve done lately.

We are having FUN in art class learning about sculpting wonky animals. From drawing a basic design to building the armature, we’ve been super busy. The older classes are experimenting with spray foam as a sculpting material too. I love their creativity!

Mini #26/100…inspired my my dining room curtains lol. I’ve slowed my roll a little completing these. Homeschooling my granddaughter and teaching art block started back up, so my time is a bit shorter to do these. However, 100 WILL get finished. When I get to 40, they will go up for sale again.
