🛑 IMPORTANT ENTRY & EVENT RULES
To ensure a smooth, safe, and legal event for all our members and guests, please note the following entry requirements:
* ID Required: You MUST present your valid government-issued at the door.
* Registered Ticket Holders Only: Due to strict local fire codes and limited space, only individuals holding a valid ticket will be permitted entry. No guests or non-ticket holders are allowed.
* Age & Alcohol Policy: You must be 21 years of age or older to consume alcohol. Wristbands will be issued at check-in and must be worn visibly at all times. No wristband, no alcohol, no exceptions. No alcohol carry-outs are permitted.
* Event Currency: The event day games and secondary raffles are CASH ONLY. An ATM is available on site, so please plan accordingly.
* Safety First: Absolutely no loaded fi****ms are permitted on the premises.
* Conduct: Misconduct or disorderly behavior of any sort will not be tolerated. Violators immediately removed from the premises and will forfeit any unclaimed prizes.
🎯 DRAWINGS & PRIZE INFORMATION
* Lottery-Style Drawings: All raffle numbers will be drawn randomly. You can win more than once. Ticket holders do not need to be present to win main raffle prizes. All prizes and their winning numbers will be posted right here on our page. For winners who are not present, a Lodge representative will contact you using the information provided on your ticket stub to arrange prize pick-up.
* Unsold Tickets: Any unsold tickets remain the sole property of Elks Lodge #2283. The Lodge reserves the right to sell or raffle these tickets prior to and during the event.
* Event-Day Raffles & 50/50: Winners of door prizes, the 50/50 raffle, and other live event-day raffles have exactly 14 days to claim their prizes. Any unclaimed or ineligible prizes will be forfeited and become the property of Elks Lodge #2283.
* Decisions: All decisions made by the Elks Lodge #2283 elders and the event committee are final.
🔫 FIREARM LAWS, FEES, & PICKUP DETAILS
We strictly adhere to all local, state, and federal regulations regarding firearms transfers:
* Background Checks & Legality: All winners must successfully pass and comply with Federal, Maryland, and their respective home-state firearm laws. Out-of-state winners are solely responsible for ensuring the prize is legal to own in their home jurisdiction.
* Fees & Taxes: The ticket price covers entry to the raffle only. The winner is solely responsible for paying all applicable FFL transfer fees, state/federal registration fees, background check fees, shipping costs, and any state/federal taxes.
* No On-Site Transfers: Per Maryland regulations, firearm transfers cannot be conducted on-site at the Lodge.
* Pickup Location: All firearm prizes must be claimed and transferred through our official FFL partner:

Net proceeds from this event directly benefit Elks Lodge #2283 and our community programs. By purchasing and accepting a ticket, holders release Elks #2283, its staff, members, sponsors, and vendors from any and all liability.
