We hope everyone visiting the park is enjoying this space and know that we’re constantly working to keep the park updated and active. Currently the Musical Bench is turned off but it will be getting worked on next week by the team from Central Creativity! Until then we hope you enjoy the other musical instruments on site. Stay “Tuned!”

The Magnolia State Bank Chili Cook Off is tomorrow 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 and it all takes place right here at our front door. We’ll be open for the event, so come by to say hi and grab one of our custom tees. fundraiser tees are still available as well. We’re looking forward to a great day! ☀️🌶🍵🏆

PARK UPDATE: The MUSICAL BENCH is now working!!! With updates done by Central Creativity this weekend it is now ruggedized and ready for “playing”. We hope you enjoy your time at the park and be sure to tag us in your pictures!

It’s a 🎉B I G🎉 day in Y’all come help us celebrate the opening of the 🎶 We will be printing and selling these shirts to raise awareness and funds for the park. Y’all come on and tell ya mama ‘anem!

The park is now OPEN and shaded!!! We are so thankful for the hard work of the City of Laurel maintenance department for installing our sun sails for us! We hope that this increases the FUN that this park brings because now you can enjoy it without burning up.

*Please note our Musical Bench is still turned off due to some malfunctions from the heat but it will be fixed and turned back on very soon! We will let you know once it’s turned back on and until then... happy playing!

Pardon our Progress!!

We are so excited to let you know that some much needed SHADE is coming to the park THIS WEEK! The park is currently closed off so that our new posts can settle in and later this week our sun sail will be installed!

THANK YOU to the City of Laurel for installing these donated poles for us today and a huge thank you to Laurel Machine & Foundry Company for donating them!

Today we meet with the City Parks and Rec team to start planning the install of the sun sails!!

We are so excited to have some much needed shade over the park very soon! As a reminder the musical bench is currently turned off but it will also be worked on in the next few weeks and should be up an running again by September!
