My 100+ year old Rabbit Foot Fern.... it is so special to me!

There is just something wonderful about a nice Summer day on the patio at Happy Blue, watching the birds, bees and butterflies play in the beautiful flowers.

What is your favorite plant? Do you have a memory attached to a certain flower?
Please let me know in the comments, I’m always looking to add more color to our lovely back yard and I love learning what’s special to you!

Soooooo y’all........ soooooo much is going on. I just continue to be so blessed and my brain is learning so much. First of all my air bnbs took a break during the initial Covid-19 stay home order so that was from March 8th until almost the end of May. It was a perfect time for me to be able to be with my grandchildren, work on a ton of projects for my new business and slowing down gave some time to reflect on some things I had stored away in this old brain.

Now we are up and moving again and since I do my own cleaning I either smell like Lysol or bleach as I am taking extra precautions. I myself am not out and about in Laurel much and if I am I have a mask and gloves on. But it is rare. Jones county and Laurel are at the top of the counties that have the most people with it and the most deaths associated as well. The best word for that is unacceptable and the best phrase is “Come on people care about your neighbor if you don’t care about yourself.”

My main focus has been designing organizing and getting ready to launch my newest venture. A little bit of this and A little bit of that which is exactly what it is we will be just doing all kinds of creative experiences.

So the elephant has been in my room and my house for a month plus..... social media. Hmmmm
How can I avoid it? how can I put off etc etc So generally speaking it is coming along slow but sure but the biggest elephant in the room is Facebook live. OMG!

Sooooo I thought y’all might want to end Sunday or start Monday with some great laughs. Warning. I was so nervous which just makes it funnier. So now I have to practice everyday and coming soon things will get better I hope!

First comments were. Mom your shirt is too big! Mom why were you so nervous! Sally you are always so welcoming but this is different. And yes it is different. The comments have been so much fun. It serviced its purpose for me..... I got to do my favorite thing laugh! I hope you will too!
