Sadly, Nevada and Clark County have decided to follow the CDC's lead and will now be requiring mask wearing for all patrons as well as employees, whether or not they are vaccinated. This includes us here at Riverside Lanes, however we've been told the bowlers may lower the masks while on the approach, as before.

We are hoping this mask mandate will only be in effect for the month of August. We'll post more when we get more info...

Ho Ho Ho!

Let me apologize for the late posting, things seem to be so very busy, busy, busy here!

What's been happening in the weeks leading up to Christmas 2020? Plenty:

Kyle Loe bowled his very first perfect 300 game on the Monday Premier league...

Jim Thiesen rolled a nice 11-in-a-row game with a 290 score on Thursday Kings...

The ladies of the Hideout Queens league formed an impromptu chorus to sing along, in harmony, to Queen's Bohemian Rhapsody...

The "Pinkillers" (Marcelo Trejo Sr., Shannon Reed, Fedd Coleman, and Matt Dennis) bowled their hearts out to win the Sunday Football league...

"Will Bowl 4 Beer" (Val Abruzzese, Dale Landreth, Robert Landreth, and Jim Thiesen) bowled like champs and won the Wed. Nevada Nites league...

"Wally the Fish" (Colleen Cardella, Kathy Tamborelli, Tami Lange, Frida Shamburg, and Marth Mahle) clawed their way to the top in the Hideout Queens league and took home some well-deserved trophies...

and so much more we couldn't possibly mention it all.

Riverside Lanes wants to wish all our bowlers and their families and Warm and Joyous Christmas and New Years.

Attention Friday Pins of Gold bowlers!

This Friday, Dec. 4, there will be no Pins of Gold held. Carol is not feeling well, and as a precaution she and Bob will not be able to host the event as usual.

If Carol is not feeling better by early next week, since there is only two more Fridays before Christmas, Pins of Gold may be postponed until January 8th. Check with the center next week for more info.

Since the lanes will be open at that time, you're more than welcome to come out and bowl. We'd be happy to see you all.

We're very sorry to announce that according to Governor Sisolak's rules under the new "pause" for Nevada, all bowling tournaments are cancelled until the end of this current stage, or further notice.

This means, unfortunately, that our Thanksgiving day Turkey Shoot tournament will not be held. We apologize to all those who were looking forward to it.

Hey Bowlers!

As you may have heard, Governor Sisolak and the State of Nevada have further limited businesses throughout the state, dropping capacity to 25% of the normal limit.

Since Riverside Lanes has already been operating using only every other lane, and limiting groups on a lane to no more than six people, we are currently within that 25% limit.

This means that leagues will be able to continue as usual, without any reduction. However, we do ask that you limit the spectators sitting behind at the tables or on the concourse.

Open play may also continue as usual with the limit of less people on the concourse, since we are more limited to the total number of people in the center. For you open play bowlers, we ask that you please call us ahead of arriving so we can add you to a waiting list without you needing to bring your group into the center to wait. We will call you when your lane is ready.

Again, Riverside Lanes is still OPEN for both leagues and open play!

Note also that masks are now required at all times in the center, whether it's your turn to bowl or if you have food or drink. You may lower your mask to take a bite or sip, but it must be replaced immediately.
Thank you all very much for continuing to support Riverside Lanes, together we will get through all this.

Remember everyone, this happens tomorrow at 11:AM!
Try to be there around 10:AM to get signed in. Entries are pretty much full, as of Thursday evening there were just 3 spots available.

Note: There was an error made on the side-pot layout, as was posted on this flyer. There will still be 4 side-pots, one each game, (even though someone was spreading rumors there would be none) but the side-pots will be Mystery Doubles - Men / Women, no division and no hdcp cap.

Hey all,

Hope you're all having a fun and safe Labor Day weekend. Need a little more fun? Come on down and bowl with us, we're open.

Bowling Leagues start rolling into the Fall session throughout the week following Labor Day, and while many of the leagues have filled up, there are still some openings for those wanting to bowl. But hurry, spots are filling quickly!
Sunday night premiers the Football League, which is a mixed league that is always a fun venue for Bowlers and football fans alike. We have several team spots still available.
Wednesday night is Nevada Nites, a popular mixed competitive league. There is room currently for one team, just one, so don't procrastinate.
Our morning leagues all have a little room left, Tues - Wed - Thur, as well as Midweek Madness on Wednesdays at noon.

Hey Guys,

As we are coming closer to our Beyond the Line Specto Go training date, Sunday August 30th, we are pretty much filled up for the morning slots. Our afternoons are open for 1 hour and 2 hour slots as well as individual lessons available all day. I cannot tell you guys enough how awesome this program is and how much you will learn from it.

Please if you are interested, we ask that you sign up as early as you can, due to social distancing we are extremely limited on the amount of bowlers we can have for the event and we would like to see as many of you out there taking advantage of this opportunity!
